Custom Payload Support

Dialogflow does not have templates for sending custom payloads to all the channels supported by the respond.io platform. Use the table below as a reference for the templates to be used.

FAQ and Troubleshooting

Payloads are not supported

Payloads such as Google Assistant cards, and Instagram carousel and live messages are not supported on the respond.io platform, thus will be displayed as "Unsupported Message".
