In 2017, Gerardo Salandra, Iaroslav Kudritskiy and Hassan Ahmed noticed a gap โ customers wanted to reach out to businesses on messaging apps, but businesses lacked tools to respond. They launched a conversation revolution to capture leads and enable sales across the channels customers love best.

Gerardo is the visionary behind the AI-powered platform. With previous experience at IBM, Google and Runtastic, he has accumulated expertise in artificial intelligence and growth hacking and is co-chairman of the Artificial Intelligence Society of Hong Kong.
Iaroslav Kudritskiy, Chief Operating Officer
Iaroslav is the driving force behind respond.ioโs growth and operations. A graduate of the MBA program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, his previous roles include designing information management systems and horizontal knowledge transfer strategies at Kodak Alaris, Xaxis & Light Reaction.
Hassan Ahmed, Chief Technology Officer
Spearheading the development and innovation of the business messaging platform, Hassan brings visions to life while ensuring stability and security with every update. He holds degrees in computer science and computer engineering from NUST and the University of Peshawar.
